Ever had a Second day?

I remember this preach Reggie Dabs gave out one night. It was about three topics, but one of them stuck to me the most.
Okay he talked about Genesis, and the creation of this world. Now if you know Genesis well, you will know that God created everything in 7 days:
• The first day, he created light and darkness. And he saw that it was GOOD.
• Second day he created a gap between water and water, and called this gap 'Sky'. And it was so.
• Third day, he created dry ground and water, and saw that it was so, then he created land and gathered the waters he called the Sea. That was GOOD. The he created Vegetation, and fruit bearing trees. It was GOOD.
• Fourth day he created lights in the sky, and separated night from day. It was GOOD.
• Fifth day he created fish to swim in the water and birds to fly above. It was GOOD!
• Sixth day, he created Animals, Man. It was GOOD!
• Seventh day he had a rest. he blessed it and made it holy, so of course that was good.

But, THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG HERE! Something terribly wrong! Can you spot it?

First day was Good, second day was so. Third day was Good, Good. (note it was good two times!) Fourth, fifth sixth was Good! the problem here, is that the second day was only SO. You can check this in Genesis if you have your bible out.

So what can we learn from this? And how can we apply this to our lives?

My point is not that every second day of your week will be the worst ever, and the third be the best. No! But there will be a phase in your life where it resembles a second day. That everything is falling down because of stress, anxiety, depression, or whatever seems to be pulling you down. JUST REMEMBER! That the third day is near, and that day will twice as good as any other day.

God Bless
